Attempting to UV unwrap my Model

The first step for me to start texturing my model was UV unwrapping it. I struggled with this a fair bit to start off with but managed to get to a point where I was somewhat happy with them.

As I wanted to have my teddy bear have a knit texture, I decided that the best way to get this texture was to knit something, as I have that skill. This, understandably, took a decent amount of time, but having the fabric in front of me and being able to see how it moved and the weight it gave me an idea on the sort of weight I would need to give my bear when animating it in the future.
Furthermore, I realised that while the knit piece was not the right colour I could use it to get an initial idea of how the bear might look, so I scanned the fabric on my printer and saved the image file for later use.
Because of my struggle with the UV unwrapping I decided that for now I would leave the texturing until another time and come back to it with a fresh mind.
Next time I’m going to start working on the rigging for my model.
